"Dear Mike and Mary, I cannot even begin to thank you enough for the love, care, compassion and respect you showed both Rusty (my beloved Chocolate lab of 14 years to the day) and me during this time. I really appreciate being able to be part of the entire process even through there was no question in my mind the care you were going to give Rusty. It really helped me with the closure. I do not know of any other place that would even allow someone to go behind the scene, let along be part of it. Our Veterinarian also showed the same when she came to our farm (Rusty’s home) and allowed me to be part of the process to end any possible suffering late Saturday afternoon."
" I am still shocked that Rusty took his last breath at 6 pm and his cremains where safely back home by midnight the same day where they belonged. Thanks to the both of you, Rusty never spent the 1st night away from his home in his 14 years with me. Rusty will live in my heart forever and his cremains will stay with me through life and death, as they will be buried with me one day. You have a very nice setting for anyone who loves a pet as much as I loved / love Rusty and you love your dog, Bijou. I would have loved to have been able to bring Rusty to your place prior to his passing, as I know he would have approved."
